Pissaladière

The provencal tastes of olives, anchovies and pastry is enough to send me to heaven. This is such a delicious simple and easy recipe to make and can be whipped up in minutes.

Serves 6 to 8

PREPARATION TIME : 20 minutes / BAKING TIME : 10-12 minutes (200 degrees celsius)

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 x roll of puff pastry
  • 100 g of anchovies
  • 100 g black pitted olives
  • 4 cloves of grated garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Parmesan

Method:

1 – Roll out the puff pastry Into a oven tray sized tart. Cover with a little bit of olive oil and the garlic and dress with the olives, anchovies and bake in a hot oven for approximately 10 to 12 minutes take out of the oven drizzle with more olive oil and garnish with fresh herbs and parmesan
